We offer free shipping on orders of $250 or more.
All other shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and we try our best to
get the lowest shipping cost to save you the most $$$.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping
methods, their cost and the delivery date of your order.
The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time of the
purchase and the availability of items. We use: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, as our
carrier.
Shipping/delivery times are through the carrier. We have no control over how long
it takes to deliver once we have shipped it through the carrier. Please keep in mind
bad weather conditions and carrier delays can happen, carriers do the best they can
so please be patient.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Upon dispatch you will
receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.
We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an
entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered
from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if
merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return
the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its
original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the
date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, we will see if all
conditions are met, your credit/exchange would be processed.
Please note:
1) Items will be considered for return/exchange only if it is unused and with all
tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent
back to the customer. Please inform us in the event of any Goods/products being
delivered without tags.
2) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
3) No returns/Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
Exchange in USA
Step 1:
To return an item, the customer must write to us at
barotpooja9905@gmail.com, within 14 days of delivery of the shipment.
Step 2:
Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We request
to self-ship it at our address, if possible.
Step 3:
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the
parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.
Exchange Outside USA
Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for
international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise
delivered is different from what you had ordered.
